  • We offer three levels of one-on-one dinner coaching, depending on how much support your family needs.

    Dinner Blueprint is a focused, short-term coaching package for families who need the foundations of a great dinner routine.

    Dinner Rescue is deeper coaching experience for families ready to rebuild habits and make lasting changes around food, routines and mealtime dynamics.

    Dinner Solved is our highest level of support for families who want hands-on guidance, accountability and long-term change.

  • This coaching is designed for busy families who feel overwhelmed by dinner — whether that means constant takeout, stressful mealtimes, “picky eaters”, lack of routine or simply not knowing where to start.

  • That’s completely okay — and very common! The goal is progress, not perfection. We start where your family is NOW and build routines that are realistic and sustainable.

  • YES! We’ll establish all kinds of simple, nutritionally sound, yummy meals that fuel young athletes for their busy schedules. Need instant meals that can be eaten in the car? Just say the word.

  • Yes. Many families come specifically because meals have become stressful or frustrating. Coaching helps parents respond calmly, set healthy expectations and eliminate power struggles around food. Whether your kids are 2 years old or 18, we can help.

    I’m a working mom, so this coaching is designed for real life — busy schedules, tired parents, picky eaters and stressful evenings. Together, we create realistic dinner routines and habits that work for your family.

    Sessions are collaborative and focused on simple, sustainable changes that reduce stress, build connection and make family meals feel easier.

  • YES, all packages include a collection of Claire’s famous Back Pocket DInner recipes. The Rescue and Solved packages also include customized recipes for each individual family. Plus, everyone gets formulas for simple pantry meals ideas, frameworks, and practical suggestions, habits and systems that work long-term for your family.

  • We start with a conversation to decide which coaching program would solve your dinner dilemma.

    Next we will schedule a series of online and/or in-person sessions. :online sessions are usually about 45 minutes, in-person sessions are between 90 min and 3 hours, depending on what we’re up to!

    In between sessions, we will create a customized system that addresses your family’s exact food likes and dislikes, pain points, schedule and more.

    In-person sessions can include clearing out and restocking your pantry, cooking easy meals, assessing your pots and pans, stocking the freezer and much more.

  • Not exactly. This is absolutely not a strict diet program or medical nutrition service. I believe healthy eating starts with a happy dinner ritual, so the focus is on practical family dinner habits, routines and creating a more enjoyable mealtime culture at home.
    That said, depending on your family’s exact pain points and requirements, we can also support with nutritional information and education.

  • It depends on which package you select.
    Dinner Blueprint is exclusively online.
    Dinner Rescue is a combination of online sessions and at least one session in your own kitchen so we can set up your pantry together.
    Dinner Solved can be entirely in-person, or we can switch some of the sessions to online.

  • Nope. It can help if both caregivers are involved when possible. Many families start with one parent attending sessions and sharing strategies at home.
